1st course:

Driver Essentials: This course has been designed to recap what has been covered in other course material. Interactivity and Q & A will test the knowledge of “professional drivers”.

2nd course:

Working with Others: A course that will encourage in depth discussions and personal experiences. Defining and highlighting the issues relating to Customer Care, and a drivers responsibility/role as a representative.
