Course details: A seven hour, two part course that encourages teams of delegates to interact and engage in quizzes, creating a fun and competetive atmosphere.
This course has been designed to recap what has been covered in other course material. Interactivity and Q & A will test the knowledge of “professional drivers”.
A course that will encourage in depth discussions and personal experiences. Defining and highlighting the issues relating to Customer Care, and a drivers responsibility/role as a representative.
